A great way to have a conversation with your customers is through your Blog. Blogging allows a company or person to post ideas and gain feedback within minutes of a posting. And the best part is that search engines typically (not always but quite often) rank content from blogs higher than most other content out there so it is the perfect way to get your message ranked high in the organic search results when your customers are searching for information. You can also comment on industry blogs which can be another way to get your message across in more of a grass roots manner without coming across as propaganda.
